3. Registration and Accounts

• To use some of Dalelook’s services, you may need to create an account. When doing so, you agree to provide accurate, true, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information (such as username and password) and agree to notify Dalelook immediately if there is any unauthorized use of your account.

• You must also ensure that all activities conducted under your account comply with the terms outlined in this policy.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

• All content published on the Dalelook platform, including texts, images, videos, logos, icons, and software, is the exclusive property of Dalelook or licensed to it by third parties. Users are prohibited from copying, republishing, distributing, or using any of this content without explicit permission from Dalelook.

5. User Responsibilities

• Users are required to comply with the following when using the Dalelook platform:

  • Not to publish or send any content that contains illegal, harmful, offensive, or incites violence or hatred.

  • Not to use the platform to promote illegal business activities or engage in any fraudulent or unlawful acts.

  • Not to publish any inaccurate or misleading content related to products or services listed on the platform.

  • To respect others and not use the platform for bullying or harassing other users.

6. Advertisements and Content

• Users who publish ads on Dalelook must:

  • Ensure that all advertisements comply with local and international laws.

  • Provide accurate and complete information about the products or services being advertised.

  • Refrain from publishing fraudulent or untrue offers or deals.

  • Ensure that their advertisements do not contain any prohibited or objectionable content as determined by Dalelook.

  • Dalelook reserves the right to reject or remove any advertisement if it is found to be in violation of these Terms of Use or platform policies.

7. Handling Sold or Unavailable Advertisements

• The user is required to update the advertisement status to “Sold” or delete the advertisement immediately after completing the sale, whether the sale was made through Dalelook or outside the platform. It is prohibited to keep any active advertisement on the platform after it has been sold or is no longer available.

• If this violation is repeated three times, the user's account will be suspended for ten days. If the violation is repeated an additional three times after the account is reactivated, the platform has the right to permanently terminate the account.

8. Payments and Financial Transactions

• When using the platform for financial transactions or purchases, users are responsible for providing accurate and truthful payment information. Users are prohibited from engaging in any fraudulent activity or manipulating the platform’s financial systems.

9. Privacy Protection

• Dalelook is committed to protecting users’ information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We collect personal data only as described in the Privacy Policy and do not share or sell this data to third parties except in the cases explicitly outlined in the policy. We work diligently to protect your data from unauthorized access.

10. Security and Availability

• We are committed to providing a secure and stable platform, but we do not guarantee that the system will be free of defects or service interruptions. Our services may occasionally be interrupted due to maintenance work or unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for any damages arising from service outages or technical failures.
